Service Lifts
The Niche Service Lift is tailored to meet the most exacting of requirements and each lift is built specifically to match customer's needs.
Every model in our range comes in the form of a self-contained kit complete with its own self-supporting structure, thereby minimising site installation time. All parts incorporated in the lift carry a twelve-month guarantee.
The Niche Service lift is available in three basic configurations; Hotel and Restaurant, retail store and industrial. Load capacity, single or three phase power, travel speed, number of stops, car dimensions, entrance type and finishes can all be selected to customise the lift for your specific site requirements.

Standard specification
The Niche service lifts all have the following standard specification:
- Three phase drive unit
- Serve up to 6 floors or 15 metres travel
- Galvanised steel stucture and machine access doors
- Galvanised steel car with stainless steel base
- Stainless steel removable shelf
- Galvanised steel landing doors & frames
- Microprocessor controller
- Single or through entry
- Push button stations complete with car position indicator, lift in use indicator and door open signal.
Special requirments can be catered for such as Lloyds Register of Shipping designs, explosion proof, fire proof, automatic doors and automated loading and unloading.
Options
The following options are available across our service lift range:
- Single phase drive
- Non-standard car sizes
- Adjacent entry
- Cars, doors, and frames available primed or in stainless steel
- Fire rated landing doors and machine room door (BS 2 hours)
- Car entrance protection: vertical bi parting, roller shutter or drop bar on servcie lifts - drop bar or picket gate on trolley lifts.
Fast Delivery
The Niche Service Lift is easy to produce, as well as being flexible and quick to install. This results in short delivery times and low costs. Very little space is needed to install the lift and it makes the maximum use of the given well size.
An Elegant Installation
A lift should blend into its environment, therefore we have put great emphasis on aesthetics and design. Each entrance is fitted with call and send buttons together with a car position indicator, lift in use and door open signal. The self-supporting shaft is equipped with vertical bi parting doors at each level ready for shaft cladding to be installed by others to match the building surround.
With its self-supporting design and electrical plug-in system, the minimum of site preparation work is needed. The lift can be installed in existing environments and a pit is not needed. The mechanical and electrical controls are placed within the shaft, so a separate machinery room is not necessary. The Niche Service Lift is energy efficient, easy to install and maintain.
